We strive to expedite your requests during our consultation hours as promptly as possible. Please understand that, as an acute and emergency clinic, there may occasionally be delays - we appreciate your understanding.
Our consultation hours are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am to 4 pm
Emergency Service
For urgent cases, we maintain a 24-hour emergency service. To access this service, we kindly ask you to register via phone through our reception at (+49) 09771 66-0.
We kindly request all patients to schedule an appointment for our Hand Surgery Clinic. You can do so by reaching us at (+49) 09771 66-21777.
If you wish to schedule an appointment with the Director or our Consultants, please specify your preference during the appointment booking.
Appointment Regulations
For Privately Insured Patients and Patients with Work-Related Accidents:
- Presentation after scheduling an appointment is possible without the need for a referral or admission from your general practitioner or specialist.
For Patients with Workplace Health Insurance:
- First/Return visit to our clinic without a preceding operation: A referral from your general practitioner or specialist is required. Pre-hospital treatment is provided to clarify an operation indication or to prepare for an inpatient stay.
- Follow-up after an operation: A follow-up appointment within 14 days after an operation can be scheduled without a referral or admission during our consultation hours.
For Self-Payer Patients who wish to cover our treatment costs, including:
- Patients with workplace health insurance in Germany but who prefer treatment by our Director.
- Seeking second opinions.
- Patients without health insurance in Germany.
Please ensure to bring the following documents with you for your outpatient presentation:
- All existing findings (surgical reports, neurological findings).
- All X-ray images as well as Computer Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans (preferably on CD-ROM).
